Khojj is a marketplace platform that connects independent sellers with buyers. Refund and return policies may vary by seller and product type. This page outlines our general framework and your rights as a buyer or seller on Khojj.
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
Go to Your Orders
Navigate to your order history and select the order in question.
Open a Dispute
Click "Request Refund" and provide details including photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Seller Review
The seller has 5 business days to accept, reject, or propose an alternative (partial refund, exchange).
Resolution
Once approved, return the item (if applicable) and your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

If a seller fails to respond to a legitimate refund request within the specified timeframe, or if mediation fails, Khojj may issue a refund from its Buyer Protection fund at its discretion. Buyer Protection covers:
