Shipping Policy

1. Fulfilment Methods

Sellers can choose one or more fulfilment methods per listing:

• Shipping — the seller ships via a carrier of their choice; tracking is provided where available.
• Local pickup — buyers collect from an address the seller shares after the order is placed.
• Local delivery — the seller delivers within a defined radius for items where this option is offered.
• Digital / e-tickets — event tickets are issued digitally; no physical shipping is involved.

2. Costs and Estimates

• Shipping cost is set by the seller and shown on the listing page and at checkout before payment.
• Estimated delivery windows are based on the seller's processing time plus the chosen carrier's service standard. They are estimates, not guarantees.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees on cross-border orders are the buyer's responsibility unless the listing states otherwise.
• Local pickup and local delivery may carry separate fees as listed by the seller.

3. Processing Time

Most sellers ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. The exact processing time is shown on the listing. Sellers must update orders to Shipped once the package is handed to the carrier. If an order is not shipped within 7 days of payment, you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Tracking and Confirmation

• Where the seller adds a tracking number, you'll see it on the order detail page and in your shipping email.
• For shipped orders, please confirm delivery on the order detail page once you receive the item. This releases payment to the seller.
• If delivery is significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact the seller through Khojj messaging first; if unresolved within 5 business days, open a refund request.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbours and your local carrier first; report to the seller within 7 days.
• If an item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item before discarding anything and open a refund request within 14 days.
• Shipping insurance (where purchased by the seller or buyer) governs final reimbursement amounts.

6. International Shipping

Sellers indicate which countries they ship to on each listing. Cross-border orders may take longer and are subject to the destination country's import rules. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the items they buy are legal to import to their country.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased goods pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (for shipping) or upon handover (for pickup / local delivery). Khojj's buyer-protection program may cover non-delivery and significantly-not-as-described cases — see the Refund Policy.
