Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Listings

You may not list, sell, or promote:

• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or items that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or items designed to cause physical harm.
• Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or prescription medications.
• Tobacco, vaping products, or alcohol where their sale requires age verification we cannot perform on your behalf.
• Hazardous materials, biological/chemical agents, or items requiring specialized shipping certification you do not hold.
• Live animals or animal parts of protected species (CITES-listed wildlife, ivory, etc.).
• Human remains, organs, or bodily fluids.
• Adult or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Content that promotes hate, harassment, terrorism, or violence against any person or group.
• Recalled goods, items under safety advisory, or products that fail mandatory safety standards in the destination country.
• Financial instruments, securities, gift cards from unrelated brands, or items used to circumvent payment systems.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting yourself, your identity, your business, or the items you list.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, search rankings, or Khojj's recommendation systems.
• Coordinating with other users to inflate sales, run shill bids, or stage fake transactions.
• Charging buyers outside the Khojj payment system to avoid commission, fees, or buyer protection.
• Sending unsolicited promotional messages (spam) through Khojj messaging.
• Using Khojj messaging to harass, threaten, defame, dox, or stalk another user.
• Scraping, crawling, mass-downloading, or otherwise harvesting Khojj data without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, probing, or intentionally circumventing Khojj's technical security measures.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the platform or its users.
• Attempting to access accounts or data that don't belong to you.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions, ban evasion, or to abuse promotional offers.

3. Content Standards

Listings, reviews, profile content, and messages must:

• Be accurate. Don't exaggerate condition, origin, or capabilities.
• Use only images you own or have a license to use.
• Avoid links to off-platform sales or external payment URLs.
• Not include personal information of others (phone, address, government IDs) without consent.
• Not contain medical, legal, or financial claims that you are not licensed to make.

4. Reporting Violations

If you see content or conduct that violates this AUP, use the Report button on the listing, store, event, or message — or email trust@khojj.com. We review reports promptly and confidentially. Knowingly false reports may themselves be a violation of this AUP.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, Khojj may take any of the following actions:

• Remove the offending listing, review, or message.
• Limit your account's features (selling, messaging, ticket transfer, etc.).
• Withhold or reverse pending payouts.
• Suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice.
• Cooperate with law-enforcement requests where legally required.

Decisions can be appealed by writing to appeals@khojj.com within 30 days.
